Many pros and a couple cons
The large space in the center is great. We actually had it rain on our first trip out and this tent worked perfectly. The kids having their own section was also very nice. The pods though can feel a bit small (at least to my wife). Additionally having the center floor separate is great for clean up but allows bugs in (though not into the sleeping pods)which was a bit annoying. Set up is fairly easy once you do it a couple times and the color coded poles are great.More detail ...
